AgniTEK is excited to introduce a faster way for you to get the help you need when you need it: the AgniTEK ManageIT Icon. The button to use this new resource may be found at the bottom right of your computer screen on the taskbar. The blue 'A' button in the middle of your Tools Tray is the new ManageIT icon.

You can use this new icon to quickly Create a Service Ticket. |

You can also use this tool to attach a screenshot to help our technicians resolve your problem sooner. |
Clicking on the icon will activate a faster way for you to submit service tickets when you need help.
Clicking the Create Service Ticket button will simplify creating tickets by associating your tickets with your computer, allowing our technicians to help you faster.
After clicking the button, you will be prompted to fill out a small dialogue box regarding the problems your computer is facing. This ticket will be automatically associated with information identifying your computer. This information will allow our technicians to diagnose and respond to your problem more quickly.
Another option you have upon clicking Create Service Ticket is to Attach Screenshot.
Once you click Attach Screenshot, an image of what is on your screen will be saved to the message and sent to our technicians along with the text of the service ticket. This feature can be helpful in cases where computer errors might be too difficult or time-consuming to fully describe.
